Our recomendation for preventing these scratches, would be wrapping your jewelry in a soft cloth after cleaning it or keeping it in a jewelry box separate from other types of jewelry you have "small zip-lock bags work great".

Unfortunately we don’t customize products that aren’t from our store. The main reason why, is because we have developed design templates for each one of our store’s products and any product outside of it would require a new design.

For customized products we do not accept returns, so the customer will be contacted and asked to provide a correct address for reshipment. The customer will be responsible for paying the additional shipping cost incurred.
Please note that we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to a secure address. The shipping company will only mark the package as delivered once they deliver it to the address you provided. Since our personalized jewelry is custom made to meet your criteria, it can't be re-sold and therefore we do NOT offer refunds or exchanges on personalized products. If a return is accepted for store credit or exchange, it may still be subject to non-refundable fees such as restocking, handling and/or recycling.
